To avoid the quagmire, it is advisable to visit the Sterntaler Filz when it is frosty, whereby it does not lose its charm and you are not bothered by mosquitoes etc.

Small path, partly overgrown with heather and small moor holes, bridges etc.
Sturdy shoes are advisable (wet spots, possibly snakes, ....) and best not to go directly after heavy rainfall.
Attention - bird sanctuary - do not leave paths, rest and dogs on a leash!
