The Lampertstal is a side valley of the Ahr Valley and, with an area of approx. 650 hectares, is one of the most important and largest nature reserves in the region. With around 27 species of orchids and a large number of endangered plant species, the Lampertstal is one of the most floristically rich areas in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Anyone planning a hike in the Eifel should visit the Lampertstal once in May and June. Highly Recommended!
