Upper Falls Viewpoint offers a concrete overhang with a chain-link fence, overlooking the Yellowstone River and providing a great view of Upper Yellowstone Falls and the surrounding pine forests. The site includes informational panels and is wheelchair accessible, being close to the parking area.

A real highlight in Yellowstone Park. However, it is quite crowded as the parking lot is only a few meters away. In high season, a view of the Lower Falls becomes a challenge.
It is worth taking the hiking trail along the rim to the Upper Falls. Here you can enjoy spectacular views that are not so crowded.
