The Peace Pagoda in Vienna is a Buddhist building located on the banks of the Danube in Vienna's 2nd district, Leopoldstadt. It was built in 1983 on the initiative of Nipponzan Myohoji, a Japanese Buddhist order that promotes peace and non-violence.
