"... The Ümminger See in Bochum-Langendreer is a popular local recreation area for young and old, with a great playground and a roller skating rink. The lake is not only a popular destination for families, walkers and athletes will also find relaxation and sporting activities here. In 1976, the complex was developed into an integral part of a local recreation area through excavation and bank and lake floor reinforcement. ..."
