Cycling
The oldest part of the Bad Buchau town hall, the octagonal tower, dates back to the 15th century. The old town hall stood across the street and there was only a narrow passage between the town hall and the brewery building. After a fire, the town hall was rebuilt and given the stepped gable. In the meeting room of the town hall there is an old oil painting from 1688 that shows the city and its surroundings. The engraving by Merian also shows Buchau in the 17th century.
