In the vicinity of this facility of the Natural History Museum Aarhus very beautiful short hikes are signposted through a natural hilly forest-heath area with high biodiversity. Small free exhibition on flora and fauna as well as the glacial genesis of the Mols Bjerge (with toilets and break room) can be found in the neighboring ØvreStrandka visitor center, see map.
