The fish smoking ship "Elbe" from Ralswiek is the first deep-sea fishing cutter of the former GDR. The 26.6 meter long steel cutter ran as the SAS 270 in GDR times and belonged to the young fishing fleet from Sassnitz.

The first deep-sea fishing boat has probably created permanently on the bay of Ralswiek. Directly from the ship there are all sorts of fresh smoked fish and fish sandwiches.
