Hiking

Anyone who goes to Rotenfels also goes to the Bastei. The fortified lookout point was created in the 19th century. A rocky path with a beautiful view of the Parnoaram leads there. From this vantage point, you can look up over the Nahe Valley and across Ebernburg into the North Palatinate mountains. When the weather is nice, you can see the Donnersberg in the Palatinate with the naked eye.
