Egypt Lake is a beautiful glacierlake that feeds on the above lying Scarab Lake and the close by Haiduk glacier. Worthy a trip even in the bad weather, as we experienced it.

You need sure-footedness and sturdy shoes. At the Healy Pass it can be very windy, so long clothes and windbreakers are recommended. Since the weather can change quickly and the temperatures can be low, you don't want to be unprepared.
