The Silvio Dorigoni refuge is located at 2,436 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park and is owned by the SAT (Società degli Alpinisti Tridentini). It is open exclusively in summer, approximately from 20 June to 20 September. It offers 65 beds.

After a long hike, the hut is located exactly between the random and Haselgruber huts. The hospitality and service is awesome! The friendliness and good food shown to us was so much fun that it was with a heavy heart that we continued on the next morning.
