Panorama Trail

The panorama path leads from Engelburg to Abtwil or vice versa. The path is surrounded by beautiful green areas and when the weather is clear you can see the Alpstein.

The Panoramaweg is located in the municipality of Gaiserwald and is a popular destination for walkers and nature lovers. The community of Gaiserwald (Abtwil, St. Josefen and Engelburg) has a lot to offer. Rest and relaxation or a little sporty challenge. A wide network of hiking trails runs through the municipality. The lowest point in the community is around 540 meters above sea level. on the Sitter with the dreamy Sitterstrandweg and the highest at around 905 meters above sea level. on the Ätschberg.

Very nice view of St. Gallen-Bruggen and the Alpstein. The path is only partially nice for hiking, it is a tarred bike path...
