A "small" wind farm has been built on the ridge above Rieden. I always find the "whooshing" of the rotor blades interesting, although it seems quite loud. It's a good thing there are no houses or settlements up there. Even in summer, you can expect a "cool breeze," and the descents towards Waldsee Rieden make any mountain biker's heart beat faster.
