    Hiking

It takes around 45min to 1h from the parking place (Bruder Garten) to get to the first turbine. The view a long the way is pretty enjoyable. Next to the second turbine is a viewing tower which is 29 m high. The wind is quite strong there accompanied with the sound from the turbines make a cool experience. Definitely should try to be there!

    Hiking

The observation tower on the Schindlenbühl is definitely worth it. The view over the Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl, Vosges and the Rhine Graben. You can also see the Mahlberg Castle and the Europapark. A bench with a table in front of the tower.

However: the wind turbines have now been dismantled! To visit the tower, follow the signs with the destination "Windpark Süd"! (As of 12.2021)
