The ford and footbridge (made of a single stone) allow you to cross the Baumbach stream here. The approximately 3 km long valley is an ideal connection from the Neckar Valley (Walheim) to the plateau near Löchau or Erligheim. The entire route has a gentle uphill climb, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. However, hiking downstream is equally rewarding.
