Lake Bohinj is the largest permanent lake in Slovenia. It is a glacial lake with very blue waters ideal for swimming. It is lined with very well maintained hiking trails.

Please note, the lake is located in the Triglav National Park and it is strictly forbidden to camp on its banks.
