National Trust property with extensive and scenic grounds. Entering costs a fee unless you're a NT member but cyclists have a dispensation to enter and cycle through the grounds for free. You'll have to pay if you want to go around the house (which is also recommended). Cafe with inside and outdoor seating. In the grounds an old tramway has been converted into a walking and cycleway.
