Heads-Up: the path down to the valley is overgrown and can no longer be guessed at, path markings are no longer visible. To be on the safe side, I recommend planning time for the route search or the route via Cavaglio (that's what we decided to do).

As already written above, I can by no means recommend the direct route. No path can be seen and you walk in "across the field". Via Cavaglio is the better way.

Unfortunately we saw the comments here too late. I really can't recommend the path down the valley to anyone. The path practically doesn't exist anymore and you have to cross country downhill, which is very dangerous. There are some deep gorges. In the meantime we no longer believed in getting down the mountain without help.
