On the Havel Cycle Path, you can follow the Havel River for 397 km on its beautiful and varied journey to the Elbe. Passing chains of lakes, through forests and terminal moraine landscapes, you can observe ospreys, which are native to this area, amidst nature reserves. Impressions of industrial culture in harmony with the landscape can be found in the clay pit landscapes, along the Voss Canal, or along the Gnevsdorfer Vorfluter. And, of course, not to be forgotten: Prussian culture, whose relics can be found everywhere along the banks in the form of palaces, residences, and parks.
