I must confess this is not a refuge as they are known. Has more of something from a bus waiting house with advertising for a local financial institution. But fulfills its purpose :)

Hiking

Building a storm hut right here is absolutely helpful. If you come from Michelsberg you can reach them. Just like the path from Arnsberg Castle towards Michelsberg. At the same time you can reach them from the butterfly path. The panorama trail is nearby. If you get into a heavy thunderstorm with heavy rain, lightning and thunder, you will find protection. It is also ideal for a health problem - right next to it there is a large meadow on which a helicopter could land.
In the hut, people who found protection left their names with dates.
