The Maisenkögerl, also known as the Moasenkögerl, is a mountain in the Upper Austrian Prealps in the municipality of Scharnstein. Its summit is at an altitude of 945 meters. So the Maisenkögerl is just barely a one-thousander.

The mountain is perfect if you just want to climb a summit. 'Cause you're pretty quick and easy up there. Only in the final meters up to the summit cross do you start climbing.

A great mountain for a sunset, you're up quickly (about 35 minutes) and have a great view over the Almtal, you can also see the Traunstein in part
