Tips

  • The Loyn Bridge has connected Hornby and Gressingham villages for centuries. The current bridge is thought to have been built after 1591, to replace another bridge. Made from sandstone blocks, the bridge spans the River Lune. It is a designated Grade II listed building and a scheduled monument.
