The "Bulau" northeast of Hanau is an open landscape and due to their biodiversity is largely protected as a fauna-flora habitat. Over the Kinzigsteg, a wooden bridge for pedestrians and cyclists, the path leads through the Bulau from Hanau towards Wolfgang and Niederrodenbach.
