Mountain biking
Below Treseburg (downstream) is the nature reserve Bodetal, through which a ten-kilometer hiking trail leads to Thale and the Roßtrappe. Another trail goes from there over the heights to the Hexentanzplatz. Furthermore, the Bode-Selke-Stieg begins and ends here, which passes not far from the village at the pit Frieda.
