If you hike up the valley you can walk for about 1100 meters
Make a detour on the left hand into the Jamkl Gorge.

In the Sąspów valley, the beaver has settled again. This can be seen in the many felled trees that lie in the stream. I was very pleased that the Sąspów Valley is now mowed by the park administration. In the early 1990s, the Sąspów valley was a single sea of flowers, because at that time the farmers still mowed these meadows.
