The frescoes inside were painted in the 16th century by a local artist named Jernej.
The altars and chandeliers were restored by Jože Plečnik, a famous Slovenian architect.
Enjoy a few moments in Cankar Square and snap some photos. There is also a 3D metal relief of the city in front of the church.
