Road Cycling Highlight (Segment)
The Fromberg is known for the final of the Amstel Gold Race, where it sits between the Eyserbosweg and Keutenberg. Although the Fromberg cannot compete with these toppers, the climb should certainly not be underestimated. The slope is very varied and consists of a number of 'terraces' that must be climbed.
The most difficult part of the climb is in the beginning. The counter shoots shortly over 10%, but it soon becomes easier. Those who get through the first part properly must remain calm until the next right turn. After the bend it goes 500 meters straight up the open field. An ideal piece to place a good demarrage. At the top left turn for a little further down and up.
