Great destination. The park invites you to linger, to stop and enjoy as well as traffic jams.

"... Nature meets technology, idyll meets engineering, this is the best way to describe the situation under the world-famous Müngsten Bridge The three major cities of Remscheid, Solingen and Wuppertal are home to the famous railway bridge spanning the Wupper Valley. The landscape and the Wupper around the bridge are just as impressive as the filigree steel construction of the arch bridge. So the bridge park became a tourist highlight with its own quality.Every year, the park is visited by more than 300,000 visitors Landscape, the experience of nature, a famous railway bridge, evidence of industrial history and the highly alive Wupper make up the fascination of the park.

The bridge park is a highlight for both children and adults. So much you can discover whether it is the Bewegungsparcour in the woods down to the Wupper, the countless metal plates with puzzles or the crossing with the Schwebefähre. Everyone gets their money's worth, and if that's not enough, they can spend their spare time on a round of mini golf. Irrespective of this, the Brückenpark offers beautiful nature for hiking and walking and the view up to the Müngstener bridge is impressive.

At the Müngsten Bridge Park there are about 10 minutes from the bridge park ample free parking. As a circular path, the way past the Diederichstempel Müngstener past, then you cross the Wupper with the Schwebefähre, where you crank yourself and back it goes through the bridge park.

A landscaped shore and outer zone has been created here. Lawns invite you to sunbathe, play and have a picnic. Small groups of trees made of alders and hornbeams are landmarks and donate shade. Balconies of up to 10 m in length protrude over the water surface of the Wupper in a similar way to a diving board and provide views of the course of the river and the bridge. The bridge park is kept free of car traffic today. A parking lot directly at the park is easy to find and conveniently located.
