We were unsure how much traffic there is on the D23 (between Josipdol and Brinje), but on a Saturday end of May it was totally fine. Mainly motor bikes.

There are some maniacs that ride without license plate or with tape on the license plate, so that they cannot be identified. But you can hear them coming from far away.
