Dear Frankfurt residents and visitors to Frankfurt. So that you also know what the Green Sauce (Grie Soß) is all about, you will find a monument here with seven greenhouses, where the soils are labeled with the names of the seven herbs that make up the main ingredient of this Frankfurt delicacy. At the foot of the small hidden path, there is a small box with cards for self-service with further important information about the cultivation and history of this specialty.
