Hiking
The large sandy beach is picturesquely surrounded by trees and is ideal for sunbathing, paddling and digging. There is also an ASB water rescue station right on the beach. The bathing area is freely accessible.
The only drawback: there are no toilets here. If you ask friendly, you can use the toilets in the nearby restaurant Neu-Helgoland.

Fantastic swimming area with adjoining forest and usually not crowded. If you come from Berlin, you can travel directly by forest path by bike.
