Father and nun is the name of a rock formation from mass lime in the district of Oestrich von Iserlohn. The rock natural monument consists of two approximately 60 m high towers. Here is also the now about five meters long Grürmannshöhle.

According to legend, a monk and a nun lived together here without taking off their white monastic robes. When they threw a warning bishop into the Lenne, the two were struck by lightning and turned into stone.
