Quiet deep in the Eifel notched Bachtal. The first hundred meters run over asphalt, but then the path turns into a forest path and the small valley becomes more rustic and natural. Here are rhinoceros and stag beetles at home. The valley can be left on Eifelhöhe and goes back across the fields to Lonnig. Or follow the stream down to Kobern.
The valley is part of the Lonniger Rundwanderweg.
