Location: Kruft, Landkreis Mayen-Koblenz, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
The Teufelskanzel is a rocky outcrop south of the Laacher See with a fabulous view to the south over Kruft and the surrounding area. Directly to the south is a very idyllic little forest lake. Unfortunately, the view to the north towards the Laacher See is blocked. But that doesn't matter, with such an otherwise great view!

A nice view with a break in the direction of Kruft and Koblenz. You can clearly see the Rhine flowing in the north of Koblenz. The larger of the two lakes at the foot of the pulpit is the Krufter Waldsee (eifel.info/a-krufter-waldsee). Here you can swim, but not on Sundays.

Great view over the Pellenzer Land...
Especially worth seeing during the rapeseed blossom at the end of April/beginning of May...
