The parish church of Maria Schnee is a simple baroque, barrel-vaulted sacred building from 1754. The baroque high altar originally stood in the Minorite Church in Vienna and was erected in Neukirchen around 1780.

In 1902 the onion tower was replaced by a pointed tower. The new organ has been in service since 1962. In 1972 the previous pulpit was adapted as an ambo. As part of the liturgical reform, the communion bench was also removed.
