Very nice waterfall, about 8m high. Somewhat hidden behind the retirement home and best visible on the bridge over the Wiesaz.

After walking times put your feet in the pool - very cold (even in summer), very refreshing (only in summer). Has already Kneipp quality and is painful after a few minutes 😉

The Wiesaz crashes thunderously over its tuff stone barrier from about 8 meters down. In 1761 the water power was used here for a paper mill, built by the paper maker Franz Henni from Gönningen.
In 1863 it became the cardboard factory, which was in operation until 1975.May 4, 2021
There are 2 of them, the 2nd waterfall is near the cemetery towards the lakes
