Pier 6 is an entrance to the harbor. Not as colorful and populated as in San Francisco, but very nicely laid out. From the harbor you can see the small airport T's. see. Much for children ...

Hiking

Pier 6 is the oldest surviving building on Toronto's current waterfront. The steep roof and deep eaves, cargo doors and classic detailing are characteristic of the port's turn-of-the-century freight sheds. Built in 1907 as part of a ferry terminal complex near the corner of Yonge Street and Lake Shore Boulevard, it was relocated to York Street in 1922. It then served as a shed and garage until 1953, when it was renovated to become the shore station of the Royal Canadian Yacht Club.
