Tips
If you do not want to walk all the way down the mountain from Imada, you can also go to the small town of Guarimiar.
There are some parking there. The section is already a special experience. It is very hot in summer, so take enough water with you.

As of March 2023, there is nothing left of a broken-off section. The path is easy to walk on, but sufficient physical condition and surefootedness are definitely recommended.

February 2022 - Attention! At about km 2 of my round the path on the stone slope broke off (see pictures). You can climb over the rock - but it's tricky, I had considerable blood pressure there, it goes down at least 50m and is not secured. A head for heights and absolute surefootedness are essential!
