Schmutterweiher

Bathing with sunbathing area and kiosk / beer garden.

The Schmuttersee is only 28 hectares in size, which is why it is sometimes referred to as the Schmutterweiher. From there you have a magnificent view of the backdrop of the alpine peaks of the Ostallgäu in the south. The lake can be easily reached from the surrounding towns of Roßhaupten (4 km), Lechbruck (4 km) and Halblech (around 6 km). There is also a parking lot on the north side.
The southern part of the lake is swampy, but the northeastern and flatter side of the lake is ideal for bathing. also for families with small children. On hot summer days, the kiosk between the lake and the car park is also open.
