Nice tour and great photos. The Staffelsee is always worth a bike tour. Especially now it was certainly nice and quiet, in contrast to summer.

Today Saturday with a bit fresh temperatures of 2 degrees we cycled on the bike path to Steinbach. There to the right on the side road towards Stötten. At the next junction, turn right again, up the slope, past the bottomless lake to Seehof. It's a little steeper from Seehof up to the bench with the panorama board, on via Salchenried to Bernbeuren. The route into Dessau is quite quiet as there is a driving ban for cars. We crossed the Lech here over the dam. On the other side up the Lech we went to Urspring and Steingädele. We cycled through Premer Filz, always a particularly beautiful section, via Prem to Helmenstein. The steepest stretch of the round is the driveway to Riesen. From here you have a great view of the Ammergau mountains. The rest of the way led us via Kögel to Roßhaupten to our starting point.

Today a leisurely Sunday round from KF to Irsee with a visit to the monastery church. Back to the high plateau, called Spinnehieare in the dialect, and through the Burgwald to Blöcktach. Via Großmederschach in the black ditch of the Schneckenberg up through forest and meadows to the beautiful, panoramic plateau. From now on we went downhill, to Kleinkemnat, past the Kaiserweiher to the junk property of the Zeppelin Hall and the rose brewery. Past the airfield and down to the Städtle and back to the launch site.

In fantastic autumn weather we cycled from Roßhaupten via Kaltskofen up to the game reserve and over to the forest house. Along the Lobach and on to Unterreuten. The empty Kögelweiher is not very inviting. The cycle route continued to Nesselwang, across the Schneidwiesen to Bayerstetten to the Grüntensee. Around the lake we went to Haslach, Maria Rain and down to Wertach. Past the hammer mill, very steeply up to Schneidbach and Attlesee. The further way back took us via Enzenstetten, Hopferau to Hopfen am See and home via Rieden.

Today a leisurely bike ride with lots of sunshine over Hohenschwangau, Pinswang and Vils to Pfronten. Unfortunately all refreshment stops are closed. To the Weissensee and on the rather crowded riverside path we went on to Wasenmoos to Füssen.

From Roßhaupten on the bike path via Füssen to Lechaschau and on to just before the Höfen airfield, turn right there. Here you have the opportunity to cross the Lech on foot or by bike. In Rieden the path branches off to the left to Riedener See and further up into the Klausenwald. It is a constant uphill drive, a short distance it is flat again before it goes really nice and steep up to the ruins on the Schloßkopf. Back to the junction in the direction of the Klause and on the Gutmannsweg, first flat but then nice and evenly downhill to the Klause. At the Klausen car park straight ahead through the barrier and a little steeper down to Katzenmühle and Ehenbichl. Pass the hospital and take one of the little streets in Oberried or Unterried down onto Reuttener Straße. On the bike path that runs parallel to the road again to the small bridge over the Lech and back to Höfen. The rest of the way back was on the way back.

A little shopping tour to Füssen was planned, the weather was almost summery, so you'd better take your bike. In Füssen in the pedestrian zone it is mandatory to wear a mask everywhere, no café is open, there is only the African togo coffee in the hideous paper cup. So back on the bike and quickly over the old border into Tyrol, there was still good coffee with sandwiches in the MPreis. Sitting comfortably in the sun, we enjoyed the little stop for a break. The drive home then took us via Vils, Pfronten, Eisenberg, Hopferau, Hopfen am See and Rieden am Forggensee.
