Lahneck Castle rises on the right bank of the Rhine above Lahnstein. The river Lahn also flows past on its flank. For me, the castle Lahneck places a high value on its sights. It is a very compact and rustic castle that radiates a lot of power. The premises, kitchen, rooms etc. are authentically furnished. The floor in the Knights' Hall is made of marble in which fossils are visible. The keep has a fantastic view. For castles fans an absolute must.
