This is where the Krasser Trail begins
The Wattkopf transmitter is a transmitter that was originally used only for the distribution of radio signals. Since 2011, the transmitter has also been used for mobile communications, the company radio of the Karlsruhe Transport Authority and digital government radio. It went into operation in 1996 and uses a 76-meter reinforced concrete tower as an antenna support.
