Ostlerhütte

Magnificent sun terrace with a fantastic view of the Aggenstein and towards the Tannheimer Tal. At the summit cross next to the hut there is a 360-degree panorama map with all the peaks that can be seen. The ascent from Pfronten past the Tiroler Stadl is somewhat exposed in the upper area, but is very well secured by wire ropes.

Beautiful sun terrace on the Ostlerhütte

With a wheat a fantastic panorama with perfect sunset.

Also in winter a nice stop. Take the ticket with toboggan downstairs! It's worth it, but it takes more time.

Then take the train up and then either run from below the chairlift or shorten by lift and walk the last half hour to the hut. Or go sledding directly.

When you reach the top after such a climb, you have earned yourself a dark wheat! Well get it!

Usually in the beginning of November until the end of December. But on fine days maybe on. Urgemütlich and nice service.

Super nice hut team. Due to the storm, the hut was closed for 2 days. When we got there they had other worries and still we were provided with cakes and mulled wine. We were the only guests and had the cabin to ourselves. It is beautifully and lovingly decorated. We will definitely go there again.

The view and the entertainment are just terrific

Here you can expect a very nice and helpful staff and really delicious food. The spinach dumplings and the Schupfnudeln were super delicious 🤤

A head for heights, surefootedness and mountain hiking experience are absolutely essential.
