I think the sculpture in front of the Emden Sparkasse is very popular. The so-called Delftspucker stands for the good-for-nothing, who corn around 1900 at this point and supply themselves with Emder Gossip. To ensure that they do not run out of spit, they mix the chewing tobacco into a viscous pulp and spit the "Slaatje" into Delft. Mmmmmh, delicious, and that's exactly why I count the Delftspucker among the top sights in Emden.
