The Stuibenfall lies between the Unteren-Guten-Alpe and the Käseralpe in the steepest part of the ascent. Here, the 25m high waterfall falls over part of the terrain that separates the Oytal from the Alpboden of the Käseralpe. If there are large volumes of water, you can see the cloud of gypsum here far from the valley. The impact of the raging water is so gigantic that it rises as fine water dust in the air. Therefore, this incredible natural spectacle got its name.
