The hotel was built at the very end of the 15th century for one of the family members of Villebresme, the owner of the Château de Fougères-sur Bièvre. The house is distinguished by its layout, two buildings are located on either side of the street and are connected by a half-timbered walkway. Its decor is Gothic, small acrobats on the consoles of the walkway, a shaped window decorated with lampshades, and a swallowed figure of a monster at the end of the horizontal beam, the sand.
