Arbutus Greenway is a former railway track turned into a bicycle route. Nice ride with nice houses and gardens on its side. Can go part of it or all, maybe return by public transport.

Don't be too strict on which street to ride down as they are all quiet, low traffic and bike friendly. So head down any of the neighborhood streets

Great reclaimed rail bed to ride on, keep a lookout for the community gardens enroute…one in particular is extremely cool!
