The Konya Ark fortress, directly on the city wall, is the old palace of the Khan (until he moved to the Tash-Hauli palace around 1830, see yesterday). Here too you will find beautifully decorated iwans, pedestals for yurts in the courtyard, painted ceilings; the exhibition is better prepared.
