Launched from Różanka to Trzebnica on June 1, 1898, passenger traffic to Prusice on October 5 of the same year, and goods traffic on October 10. The Różanka - Wrocław Narrow Gauge section was launched on January 5, 1899.
After World War II, it was combined with the Żmigród-Milicka Poviat Railway into one whole as the Wrocław Commuter Railway. Although already before the war both railways were physically connected and had a common management.
