From the mouth of the Narew River to the Vistula River up to the dam in Zegrze - there is a gravel/field path along the embankments, and a single track on the embankment. A beautiful route, but not very easy - probably not for beginners. It is worth stopping in Góra - to see the remains of the former palace of Prince Stanisław Poniatowski (not King Stanisław August, but his nephew).
